The Holacracy and Sociocracy both adopt the principles of natural organization as originally laid out by Arthur Koestler in his book “The Ghost in the Machine.” Some other newer models also incorporate the principles of Sacred Geometry. But what no other model includes are principles of Spirituality.

The MetaMinistration innerstands that an evolved mind operates using the Kathara Grid and incorporates that right into the system. Not only is the entire structure Holographically organized so that the organization, as a whole, becomes a Holographic Mastermind by distributing managerial tasks throughout every layer, but it organizes the managerial tasks according to the same purposes that each Holon in the Kathara Grid serves.
And just like the Kathara Grid has a Void at its central heart which acts as its primary connection to Source Consciousness, so too, does every group, called a Holosphere, in the MetaMinistration. This central role is not inhabited by any person, rather it remains as an “empty chair” so to speak, reserved for Source in order to connect every group, and the business as a whole, to Source Consciousness.

The Chakra system is a binary system whose Tree of Life works for the 3rd Density, or 4th Dimension of Consciousness, but it does not work beyond that. The Kathara Grid works at every Density of Consciousness and in order for a human to evolve to the 4th Density, or the 5th Dimension of Consciousness, they need to upgrade from the Chakra System to the Kathara Grid.
