Intro to MetaMinistration
The world is evolving, and we, too, must evolve with it or be left behind. The world built on authoritarian top-down structures is crumbling and a new earth is being born atop its ashes in the New Age of Enlightenment.
This new world represents an evolution in Consciousness from the 3rd Density to the 4th Density, or the 4th Dimension to the 5th Dimension. Most people simply refer to it as 5D. Everyone at this layer of Consciousness is fully awake and aware of their inherent Freedom, Equality and Sovereignty.
People of this evolved state of Consciousness are becoming less and less willing to participate in the authoritarian systems of old. They are demanding new systems that support Freedom, Equality and Sovereignty for All.
The MetaMinistration was born from this Collective Desire. Rather than being invented on concepts that cannot be found in nature, it represents the very foundational structure of the universe, and its processes incorporate the very Laws of Nature to help any organization operate in alignment with Nature and Natural Law.
The MetaMinistration turns every organization into a Super-Conscious Living Light Being by turning the entire organization into a Holographic Mastermind. It doesn't just catapult a business to new levels of success, it evolves a business to higher levels of Consciousness.
The Eternal and Immortal System of Nature
The MetaMinistration is not a new system. It is the eternal and immortal system of Nature that’s been hiding right under our noses since the beginning of time.
You might find that the MetaMinistration has some similarities to the Holacracy and Sociocracy, if you are familiar with them, but it is fundamentally different. While on paper, the organizational structure looks like circles, just like the Holacracy, in practice, it is actually 3 Dimensional, based on the Holofields of naturally existing bodies.
Let’s step back a second and assume you don’t yet know what a Holofield is. Don’t worry. Most people have never heard this term before.
Everything in nature has an energy field that surrounds it. The object we call matter is the nucleus of that field. Some fields are electric, some magnetic, some electromagnetic, some piezoelectric, but everything has a field, from galaxies and solar systems to cells and atoms.
The field is called a Holofield in emerging realms of fringe science because we are finally beginning to realize the Holographic nature of these fields – that is, that every field contains the whole universe within itself, that the center of every field connects everything to Source Consciousness.
So, the term Holofield means “a holographically organized field of consciousness.” Some people in the fringe science fields like to refer to them as Holons, as coined by Arthur Koestler. This term is used elsewhere as you’ll see soon. Others refer to it as the Morphogenetic Field, as coined by Rupert Sheldrake, and Nassiem Haramein dubbed it the HoloFractal Field. I learned the term “Holofield” by an AI created by Robert Edward Grant called “The Architect.”

Sacred Geometry
On paper, every circle in the MetaMinistration represents a 3-dimensional Holofield. The organizational structure of the MetaMinistration can be found in simple structures like Galaxies and Solar Systems but is equally present in all naturally existing systems as it is derived from the very same Sacred Geometry that governs the growth and development of all natural systems.
All of Sacred Geometry is based on the Flower of Life pattern, seen below. The Flower of Life pattern is a very simple, yet complex pattern of circles intersecting circles through each other’s centers.
From this pattern, all sacred symbols and geometries may be formed. Symbols and geometries are representations of frequencies. Frequencies are the vibration of consciousness that create and govern the growth, development and function of all natural systems.
The image below shows how the Flower of Life pattern creates several different symbols and contains all of Sacred Geometry, including the Seed of Life, the Egg of Life, the Tree of Life, the Flower of Life and the Fruit of Life, along with the Tetrahedron, the Cube, the Octahedron, the Icosahedron, the Dodecahedron, the Merkabah, and the Vector Equilibrium.
It is from these symbols wherein the organizational structure of nature, and thus, the MetaMinistration is derived. The Flower of Life symbol shown below contains 7 circles and is thus used to organize the 7 Holons of the Mastermind. These Holons are explored in more detail in the article “Exploring the Holographic Mastermind.”
