Exploring the Holographic Mastermind
To better innerstand this article, you will wish to read the article “Intro to MetaMinistration” first.
At the top of every corporate structure is a Board of Directors that operates as a Mastermind for the business. Each one of the Board Members generally specializes in something and plays a particular role in the management of the business. Typically, this consists of the Visionary as the CEO, the Finance specialist as the CFO, the operations specialist as the COO, the Marketing specialist as the CMO, the research/technology specialist as the CTO, etc.
All of the most successful businesses in history have always had very harmonious Masterminds. Napolean Hill, the original author of “The Law of Success” that other authors later coined the “Law of Attraction,” states the Mastermind Principle as one of the most important principles of success.
Napolean Hill defines a Mastermind as “when two or more people work together in a state of harmony, a third, intangible mind is created that can produce intelligence equal to more than the sum of their parts.” In other words, Masterminds generate “synergy.”
The Law of Synergy
Synergy creates exponential results by multiplying the sum of the effort of each individual in the group. The amount of multiplication depends on the level of harmony. The maximum amount of multiplication follows the Law of Doubling or Squaring.
In other words, in a perfectly harmonious mastermind, 2 people will produce 2 units of results, but 3 people will produce 4 units, and 5 people will produce 8 units, and so on. The level of results (i.e. energy, intelligence, creativity) can potentially double with the addition of each new member.
The level of success of any business is determined, in very large part, by the quality of its Mastermind. That is why I’ve decided to take the Mastermind that exists at the top of every corporation and holographically embed it throughout the entire structure making any organization that uses it a Holographic Mastermind. This further capitalizes on the Natural Law Principle of Correspondence - “As above, so below. As within, so without.” In other words, “The whole exists in every part.”
Basically, there are only so many generic forms of management that apply to every group of people within an organization. These generic forms of management have been identified, defined and categorized by the Holon they most closely represent. We must stop here for a moment and define a Holon.
What is a Holon?
This word was first introduced by Arthur Koestler in his book, “The Ghost in the Machine.” It is the combination of two Greek words, “Holos,” which means “whole;” and “on,” which means “part.” The word itself is the definition of the Principle of Correspondence - “Every part contains the Whole.” In his book, Arthur Koestler explains that everything natural is organized as Holons nested within Holons. He refers to this structure as a Holarchy, which is defined as “The hierarchy of nature.”
The use of the word “hierarchy” in this definition, however, is a misnomer. Unbeknownst to him at the time, nature is not organized hierarchically. It is organized Holographically. But he was using the language he was familiar with at the time to explain his findings. As such, a more proper definition of this term would be “the Holographic Organization of Nature.” However, rather than argue that point with cult followers of Arthur Koestler, I merely came up with a new term - MetaMinistration which is defined as, “The Holographic Organization and Administration of Nature and Natural Law in human affairs.”
Literally, Meta means “After, before or beyond,” and Ministration is the root word of “Administration.” This term was originally “Metatocracy” which etymologically means “Beyond bureaucracy.” However, some people were confusing it as yet another form of bureaucracy, so the term was updated to “MetaMinistration.” I would have called it the “Holocracy” but the term “Holacracy” was already Trademarked and Copyrighted.
Chakras vs. Kathara Grid
Originally, I downloaded that the Chakra System is the Mind of an Organism, and so used the same terminology to create the Mastermind of a MetaMinistration. However, I have since learned that the Chakra System only works in the 3rd Density of consciousness. In order to evolve to the 4th Density of Consciousness - what most people refer to as 5D Consciousness - we have to upgrade our Chakra System to the Kathara Grid.
In the Tree of Life (above), each node is called a chakra. A chakra is a vortex of energy, pulling energy from its surroundings and radiating it back out to its surroundings in a binary flow. Some people refer to this system as “evil” or “fallen.” But the truth is, the Chakra System is a simplified system that is necessary for 3rd Density as the full power of the Kathara Grid would blow out the nervous system of the dense physical bodies of the 3rd Density.
The Tree of Life is an incomplete Kathara Grid designed to help us in the 3rd Density. The Kathara Grid gives us the complete Tree of Eternal Life (above) in which each Scalar Node, which I call Holons, are connected directly to Source Energy and vibrates in a triadic flow between in, out and Source. Upgrading to the Kathara Grid is a natural part of evolving to the 4th Density/5th Dimension.
Key Terminologies
For the purpose of the MetaMinistration I call each Scalar Node in the Mastermind a Holon. So there are several key terminologies to remember for the MetaMinistration:
Holon: A Management Role in a Mastermind that mimicks the role of a Holon in the Kathara Grid.
Holofield: The holographic energy field, or Sphere of Influence, of an individual related to a person’s position in an Organization.
Holosphere: The holographic energy field, or Sphere of Influence, of a Mastermind, or group of Masterminds up to an entire Organization.
Mastermind: A single group of people that work together in the same Holosphere.
UFO: Stands for “Unified Fractal Organism.” An Organization that uses the MetaMinistration becomes a Super-Conscious Living Light Being that is Holographically Organized. A Holographically Organized structure consists of Fractals called Holons and Holofields. As such, a MetaMinistration turns an non-living Organization into a living Unified Fractal Organism.
Typically, when referring to a single Holosphere, we just call it a Mastermind, but when referring to a group of Masterminds, we call it a Holosphere.
From Mind to Mastermind
In reality, the mind is the Holofield of the organism, which itself is holographically organized just like the MetaMinistration. Each part of the Holofield of the organism, which is a Holofield in its own right, is called a Holon. There are 12 to 24 Holons in the Kathara Grid of the mind of an organism, depending on their level of spiritual development, but 6 of them are primary, plus the Void at the heart.
It would be too much to divide all the management tasks of a Mastermind into 12 to 24 different roles, so we will stick to the 6 Holons in the vertical line above and below the Void at the heart. In the Kathara Grid, the Heart is the Void at the center of the field. It is not a Holon. It is where all the energy from the other Holons comes into balance, as well as acts as the Primary connection to Source.
Rather than names, Holons are typically numbered, but for the sake of familiarity and to avoid confusion, I will name each Holon after their respective Chakra. The following, then, is a basic description of the role of each Holon in a Mastermind:
Crown Holon - The Advisor, or the Counselor:
This role depends on the context within which they work. This role may be to advise others on a best course of action, or to advise others in ways and means of self-improvement. In other contexts, they may act in the capacity of a counselor helping others navigate through trauma to heal, or counseling others to help improve the relationships of their coworkers or associates. In all cases, the Advisor helps their fellow Holons to select and revise their proposals into valuable improvements.
Third Eye Holon - The Strategist:
Every Mastermind within a UFO has goals to meet. The Strategists role is to act as the visionary who is responsible for planning out how to achieve those goals, set milestones and keep records of advancement to track successes and challenges, as well as to brainstorm how to overcome challenges.
Throat Holon - The Operator:
The Operator serves two functions – communication and operational management. They manage the operation of the Mastermind and they also act as the Chairman of any meetings, keeping records of the meeting minutes, and keeping records of all other communications that flow through their Mastermind.
Solar Plexus Holon - The Mediator or Arbitrator:
This role is for handling disputes. It is to be expected that every now and again, people will have some type or kind of dispute with each other. In general, it is expected that those people will resolve those disputes in private between each other. However, when that is not possible and a third party is needed to give an unbiased and fair ruling on the matter, the Mediator or Arbitrator is to be called in.
The Sacral Holon - The Resource Manager:
Every group in a UFO uses resources of some kind or another. The role of the Resource Manager is to track the inventory of these resources and make sure that their group always has what it needs to do what it needs to do. In the central Holosphere of a business, this role would go to the Finance Manager.
Root Holon – Angel:
In every Mastermind there is particular work to be done, be it stocking shelves, or working a line, swinging a hammer, or entering data into a spreadsheet. This is not a management Holon, per se. It is the root survival mechanism of the business. It’s how the products or services are rendered, or necessary background tasks are completed. Everyone is an Angel in some capacity or another regardless of whatever other role they take on.
Heart – Void (Source Connection):
In the MetaMinistration, rather than management operating as a top-down structure where the managers are considered central powers of authority, management is evenly distributed amongst the employees. Operational management roles that remain necessary become the role of the Throat Holon - the Operator, who also must participate in their group as a Root Holon, or Angel.
For example, in the Outermost Holosphere, the CEO would be the Strategist Holon, the COO would be the Operator Holon, the CFO would be the Resource Holon, the Legal Advisor would be the Mediator Holon, and the CTO would be the Advisor Holon. All of them would be Root Holons in their own Mastermind.
Benefits of the Holographic Mastermind
Separating management into all these different roles and allowing everyone to participate in the management of the organization in some way has many benefits.
Leadership becomes holographic with everyone participating as equal sovereigns, rather than everyone obeying a dictator.
There is no way for bad leaders to hide behind their authority.
Management becomes more efficient and less stressful because everyone shares the responsibilities.
Everyone gains a heightened sense of ownership over their work and contribution to the organization.
Which means everyone gains a greater sense of pride in their work and their organization.
Which means everyone works harder, cares more, and produces better results.
And it becomes much easier for everyone to cooperate in harmony.
All this, in turn capitalizes on the Mastermind Principle as opposed to Price’s Law. Price’s Law states that half the results in a given company are produced by the square root of the total number of employees.
This means that in a business of 100 people, half the results are provided by 10 of those people, which is 10%. And in an organization of 1,000 people, half the results are produced by 32 people, or 3.2%. So, the larger an organization, the fewer people are actually contributing to the overall results, and the more people are just barely doing the minimum.
On the other hand, in a MetaMinistration, everyone is cooperating in harmony, rather than competing. Everyone gets to participate in the management of the UFO which helps everyone to truly feel as though they are part of something bigger than themselves, and that they are actually creating positive impact. Furthermore, everyone is acting in their sovereign capacity.
All this adds up to the organization producing exponentially greater results than the number of people contributing.
