Divine Organization
To best innerstand this article, you may first want to read the articles “Intro to MetaMinistration” and “Exploring the Holographic Mastermind.”
The organizational structure of the MetaMinistration is the same as the Divine Organization of nature. While this organization system and pattern exists everywhere throughout the universe, at every scale and within every thing, some things are more complex, and some things are more simple.
Universal Structure
We are going to explore the simplest and most easily recognizable system – a Galaxy. The terminologies of the Celestial Bodies throughout the Universe are thus used as the terminologies of the various layers of a MetaMinistration in a UFO. At the center of every Galaxy is a gigantic black hole which we will refer to as a Galactic Core. Orbiting around this Galactic Core are Solar Systems. At the center of every Solar System is a Star. Orbiting around these Stars are Planetary Systems. At the center of every Planetary System is a Planet. Orbiting around these Planets are Moons.
Furthermore, every single one of these celestial bodies has a Holofield that is much larger than the body itself. These Holofields are the celestial bodies field of influence. It can exert an influence upon all other celestial bodies that exist within these fields.
These fields also have boundaries that separate influences. For example, Planets orbit Stars and not the Galactic Core because they exist within and are most influenced by their Star’s Holofield, and the same is true for why Moons orbit Planets and not Stars.
Sacred Geometry meets Universal Structure
Of course, even galaxies are incredibly complex systems and there are more natural laws at play than just sacred geometry in the organization of a galaxy. But in the Flower and Fruit of Life symbols shown previously, we can see the basic principles at play. You have a circle in the center around which either 6 or 12 circles orbit.
Fruit of Life and Flower of Life side by side
This is in alignment with the Principle of 7, also known as the Principle of Correspondence, or the Holographic Principle, and is also in alignment with the Principle of the 12 around 1, both of which are seen all throughout nature and history.
For example, we have 7 primary chakras, there are 7 layers to the Universe and a Biological Organism which are mirrors of each other, a cell divides 7 times before becoming a tissue, there are 7 whole notes per octave, 7 total dimensions per universe and 7 density layers of consciousness per universe. There are 12 Holons in the Kathara Grid around the Heart Void, 12 zodiac signs around Earth, Jesus had 12 disciples, there are 12 tribes of Israel (12 sons of Israel), 12 months in a year, 12 hours twice a day, 12 total notes per octave including the half notes, and 12 Densities of Consciousness including the transitionary periods and 12 Dimensions of Awareness including the transitionary phases.
Notice how the musical scale of notes applies to both the 7 and the 12 along with the Densities of Consciousness and the Dimensions of Awareness. This is because vibration is the primordial function of consciousness and both are functions of vibration.
A New Administration Technology Based On Immortal Principles
So, herein lies the basic guiding principles of the organizational system of the MetaMinistration. It’s not some creative new idea to try out, it’s the eternal and immortal organizational system of nature, simplified for use in a human organization and management.
Let us look, then, at how we can use this principle to create a new organizational structure for human use. First, let us innerstand that every circle in the following diagrams is a representation of a sphere – a sphere of influence.
A Planetary sized UFO, or a single Mastermind.
This image represents a single group of people acting as a Mastermind in a MetaMinistration. Notice that we have 6 circles around one in this diagram. Each color represents a particular Holon role in the Mastermind.
Let’s get some terminology down: the small circles in the diagram below each represent a single person (except the center) and are thus called a Holofield or a Holon, respectively.
A Holofield is the field of personal responsibility of each individual relating to their position in the UFO.
A Holon is the management role they take on as a member of their Mastermind.
The large outer circle here is called a Holosphere. In this case, it represents the sphere of influence of this single Mastermind. Just like a Star’s EM field surrounds all the Planets, the central circle’s sphere of influence surrounds all those that directly orbit it within its Mastermind.
The black circle at the center represents the Heart Void. This is not held by a person, but rather, represents the Holosphere’s direct connection to Source. The center of every field in nature is a void that connects that field to Source. So the same is true in the MetaMinistration.
If this image represented a single small UFO, then each member would be considered a Moon, the Heart Void would be considered a Planet around which they orbit. The business owner would be the one to take on the Third Eye Holon’s Strategist / Visionary role at a minimum, and perhaps more roles if they only had a few employees, such as the Operator role, or the Advisor, perhaps even the Mediator role. But as the company grows, they can delegate these roles to others.
When you have multiple Masterminds working together in a single UFO you get the next image. In this diagram, each Mastermind is like a department within a small business, each with their own people who work in them. The Central Mastermind (the Solar System Holosphere) is like the central management. The 6 orbiting Holofields (Planets) of the Central Holosphere below are also one of the orbiting Holofields of each orbiting Holosphere (Planetary Holospheres).
Solar System size UFO.
It doesn’t necessarily need to be the case that the Blue Holon in the Solar System Holosphere is also the Blue Holon in the its respective Planetary Holosphere, although it could be. While each person in the Solar System Holosphere takes on a particular Holon role in the Solar System Holosphere, they can take on a different role in their respective Planetary Holospheres. Generally speaking, however, as the members of the Solar System Holosphere represent the managers in this business, they will typically take on roles such as the Operator Holon, or the Strategist Holon in their Planetary Holospheres.
Notice in this model that there is no central member to any Holosphere, or even to the UFO as a whole. The central member is always Source. This not only keeps Source as central to everything but also keeps the structure non-hierarchical and prevents Authoritarianism from creeping into the system. You should be able to tell by now, just by looking at these diagrams that there is no top-down structure to this system. It is entirely an in-out structure showcasing the equality of everyone within the system which is represented by how everyone takes on a managerial role (Holon) in every Holosphere.
While these example diagrams contain a perfect number of Holofields/Holons and Holospheres to complete the Flower of Life symbol, a real UFO will not necessarily have 7 departments with 7 team members in each department. Each UFO will simply use as many Holons/Holofields and Holospheres as it needs and will therefore look a bit different than these perfect examples. In cases where there are less people in a Holosphere than needed for all the Holon roles, each Holofield can take on more than one Holon role, especially the Representative Holon. The Representative Holon is, for example, the Holon in the Planetary Holosphere that also is a member of the Solar System Holosphere and represents the Planetary Holosphere.
Galaxy size UFO.
As you can see, this model can scale infinitely to suit the needs of any UFO. It can be given as few or as many layers as it needs, and everyone can still see, visually, where everyone is on the organizational chart.
In any system of any size, the innermost Holofields are always considered the Moons. The Moons will always orbit Planets and thus be considered Planetary Holospheres. Planets will always orbit Stars, and thus be considered Solar System Holospheres. Finally, Stars will always orbit Galactic Cores (GC’s) and thus will be considered Galactic Holospheres. If an organization is larger than a Galaxy, it can expand to a Galactic Cluster and a Universe, wherein GC’s will orbit Galactic Cluster Cores (GCC’s) and GCC’s will orbit Universal Cores (UC’s).
If an organization truly needs to expand beyond a Universe, this is also possible. We can just make up more expansions, such as Cosmos, Holoverses or Realms.
Holographic Confusion
What may, at first, be confusing is that this model shows the same Holofields and Holospheres in multiple different places. Take the Purple Holospheres above as an example:
The small Purple Holosphere is the Solar System Holosphere while the Green Central Holosphere is the Galactic Holosphere. The small version of the Solar System Holosphere inside the larger version of the Galactic Holosphere is the same as the small Green Solar System Holosphere inside the larger Purple Solar System Holosphere. The reason for the color shift is because it is now showing it as central to its own Inner Holosphere (the Solar System) rather than as orbiting inside its Outer Holosphere (the Galaxy). So, while the small central green Galactic Holosphere is the Heart of the UFO as a whole, the small Central Green Solar System Holospheres in each larger orbiting Solar System Holosphere is the Heart of each orbiting Holosphere.
Inside the Galactic Holospheres, the small central Galactic Holosphere consists of Stars as their orbiting members, because the Galactic Core (GC) is Source. In the Solar System Holospheres, the small central Solar System Holospheres consists of Planets, including the same person who is a Star in the central Galactic Holosphere. The Star in the Solar System Holosphere is, once again, Source. And all Members in the Planetary Holospheres that orbit within the Solar System Holospheres are Moons, including the same person who is a Planet in the Solar System Holosphere. The Planet in the Planetary System Holospheres is, once again, Source.
Continuing along with the confusion, each Holon/Holofield that is a Representative Holon also appears in multiple different locations. For example, the Purple Star Holon in the small Central Green Galactic Holosphere is also, say, the Blue Holon in the small Orbiting Purple Solar System Holosphere inside the larger Green Galactic Holosphere. This means that the same Blue Holon is also the Blue Holon of the small Central Green Solar System Holosphere inside the larger Orbiting Purple Solar System Holosphere. Representative Holons always have two roles and positions, one in their Inner Holosphere and one in their Outer Holosphere.
Perhaps the most confusing thing is that moving from the center of the UFO outward is actually moving inward in layers of Holospheres and moving towards the center of the UFO is actually moving outwards in Holospheres. This is because the central Holosphere of a UFO surrounds the entire organization (the Outermost Holosphere), and each layer inward gets successively smaller and deeper within the structure.
While this may be confusing at first, it is also necessary. This how Holographic Organization works. Everything is interconnected as the “the whole exists in every part.” As with anything else, the more you familiarize yourself with it, the more you innerstand it and the more sense it begins to make.
Omni-Centralization
Notice how this system has elements of both centralization and decentralization. Decentralization is a modern buzzword. Everyone’s into it because it’s the opposite of centralization, and people are becoming increasingly aware of the problems associated with centralization.
What many people haven’t yet realized is that there are just as many problems associated with decentralization. In a centralized system, power and authority are heavily regulated in an authoritarian structure, but everyone knows who to blame and who needs to be responsible for making things right.
On the other hand, in a decentralized system, power and authority are evenly distributed, but no one knows who to blame when things go wrong, and often time, no one takes responsibility. Sometimes, the system is set up so that no one can take responsibility.
Omni-centralization solves both of these problems by incorporating elements of both centralization and decentralization. In this way, power and authority are evenly distributed, but everyone knows who is responsible for what and who, therefore, must take responsibility when something goes wrong.
This is entirely in alignment with the principles of Natural Law and the organizational structure of nature as can be seen all throughout the Universe.
