Why MetaMinistration?

We’re going to answer two questions here. Why is it called the “MetaMinistration” and why should you choose the MetaMinistration over other alternatives, like the Holacracy, Sociocracy or a DAO?

Why is it called the MetaMinistration?

When I had originally created the system, I called it the Holocracy, a single letter difference from the “Holacracy.” I called it this because the structure is Holographically Organized. Whereas the word “Holacracy” comes from the word “Holarchy” which is defined as “The Hierarchy of Nature,” the word “Holocracy” was derived from the word Holographic.

However, that explanation did not suffice for the legal team of Holacracy LLC (who subsequently and silently learned from me and incorporated better holographic principles into their model after our encounter) who threatened to sue me if I didn’t change the name. So, as a result of that, I decided to change the name to Metatocracy. “Meta” is a Greek word that means “After, before or beyond.” So, this means the word “Metatocracy” literally translates as “Beyond Bureaucracy.”

To me, this was perfect because it isn’t a bureaucracy. It is definitely beyond that. However, some of the first people to begin working with me didn’t like the use of the “cracy” suffix saying it could be confused as yet another bureaucracy.

So, finally, the name was changed again to MetaMinistration. “Ministration” is just short for administration. While the word literally means “Beyond Administration,” an administration is exactly what it is. It’s not a bureaucracy, it’s not a government. It’s an administration.

The difference? An administration is purely managerial, whereas bureaucracies and governments are about control.

So, the MetaMinistration is thus defined as, “A Holographically Organized administrative operating system that functions in alignment with Natural Law.”

But it’s actually more than that. The MetaMinistration is designed based on how a Collective Consciousness is naturally structured.

We are currently at the 3rd Octave of Consciousness, where we all see ourselves and behave as individual egos. In the 4th Octave of Consciousness, which we are now evolving to over the next several generations, we see ourselves not as separate, but as one, and behave as a Collective Consciousness.

A Collective Consciousness in the polarity of Service to Others must be organized to function in such a way that no individual of the collective can violate the Freedom or Sovereignty of another individual that is part of the same Collective Consciousness, as it recognizes that we are all Equal in Freedom and Sovereignty.

So, the real definition of the MetaMinistration is “A 4th Octave Entity of the Service to Others polarity.” This brings us around to our next question – Why should you choose the MetaMinistration over something like the Holacracy, Sociocracy or a DAO?

Why Choose the MetaMinistration?

In a word: Spirituality. Or if that is too esoteric for you, then: Natural Law. If you are spiritual, you get it. But if you are not spiritual, please understand that it is not esoteric mysticism that I am referring to, but rather to practical and useful knowledge of how reality actually works.

The Holacracy and Sociocracy both adopt the principles of natural organization as originally laid out by Arthur Koestler in his book “The Ghost in the Machine.” But they do so arbitrarily, and the rules they apply are man-made, not natural law. Holacracy LLC admits as much on their own website, last I checked.

By Spirituality, what I mean is that the MetaMinistration is designed to function just like Consciousness itself. To me, Consciousness and Spirit are synonymous terms. We need to understand that Consciousness is not the Mind. It is Spirit. The Mind is made of Consciousness, not the other way around.

There are many Minds, but only One Consciousness – One Spirit – One Source. Just like there are many computers, but only one internet.

The MetaMinistration isn’t just organized like a single entity of a Collective Consciousness. It is organized after the One Whole Consciousness itself. So again, another real definition of the MetaMinistration is “The Holographic Organization of Consciousness, simplified for use as a Social Administrative System.”

The Holacracy, Sociocracy and DAO’s are a good and functional step forward in our evolution of Consciousness towards the 4th Octave. However, they are incomplete and are too complex to make such a decentralized democracy efficient. This is why I didn’t just choose to use them when I found them and instead ventured forward to discover and create my own.

You see, it isn’t just the structure that is important. While it is important that the structure itself be based on the Holographic Organization of Consciousness, it is equally important that it functions in accordance with Natural Law, rather than arbitrary man-made rules.

To support our full and complete evolution to the 4th Octave of Consciousness, especially when shifting to the Service to Others polarity, we need systems that are organized the same as Consciousness and function the same as Consciousness to support our inherent equality of Freedom and Sovereignty. While the Holacracy, Sociocracy and DAO models are a step forward towards this, the MetaMinistration is the completion of this path – fully trailblazed and ready for you to adopt.

If you are looking for an Organizational model that is innovative and holographic, but not spiritual (not in alignment with natural law), then the Holacracy or Sociocracy might be better for you.

But if you are looking for a model that includes principles of natural organization like Holographic Sacred Geometry and also has Spirituality at its core by aligning with Natural Law, then the MetaMinistration is exactly what you are looking for.

If your goal is to participate in the evolution of Consciousness to the 4th Octave - or 5th Dimension as many people call it - well... let's just say you found the MetaMinistration for a reason.
