Why MetaMinistration

We’re going to answer two questions here.  Why is it called the “MetaMinistration” and why should you choose the MetaMinistration over other alternatives, like the Holacracy, Sociocracy or a DAO?

First, let us examine why it is called the MetaMinistration.  When I had originally created the system, I called it the Holocracy, a single letter difference from the “Holacracy.”  I called it this because the structure is Holographically Organized.  Whereas the word “Holacracy” comes from the word “Holarchy” which is defined as “The Hierarchy of Nature,” the word “Holocracy” was derived from the word Holographic.

However, that explanation did not suffice for the legal team of Holacracy LLC who threatened to sue me if I didn’t change the name.  So, as a result of that, I decided to change the name to Metatocracy.  “Meta” is a Greek word that means “After, before or beyond.” So this means the word “Metatocracy” literally translates as “Beyond Bureaucracy.”

To me, this was perfect because it wasn’t a bureaucracy.  It was definitely beyond that.  However, some of the first people to begin working with me didn’t like the use of the “cracy” acronym saying it could be confused as yet another bureaucracy.

So, finally, the name was changed again to MetaMinistration.  “Ministration” is just short for administration.  While the word literally means “Beyond Administration,” an administration is exactly what it is.  It’s not a bureaucracy, it’s not a government.  It’s an administration.

The difference?  An administration is purely managerial, whereas bureaucracies and governments are about control.

So, the MetaMinistration is thus defined as, “A Holographically Organized administration that operates in accordance with Natural Law.”

But it’s actually more than that.  The MetaMinistration was designed based on how a Collective Consciousness operates.

We are currently at the 3rd Octave of Consciousness, where we all see ourselves and behave as individual ego’s.  In the 4th Octave of Consciousness, which we are now evolving to over the next several generations, we see ourselves and behave as a Collective Consciousness.

A Collective Consciousness must therefore be organized to function in such a way that no individual of the collective can violate the Freedom or Sovereignty of another individual that is part of the same Collective Consciousness, as it recognizes that we are all Equal in Freedom and Sovereignty.

So, the real definition of the MetaMinistration is “A 4th Octave Entity,” otherwise known as a “5th Dimensional Entity.”  This brings us around to our next question – Why should you choose the MetaMinistration over something like the Holacracy, Sociocracy or a DAO?

In a word: Spirituality.  Or if that is too esoteric for you, then: Natural Law.

The Holacracy and Sociocracy both adopt the principles of natural organization as originally laid out by Arthur Koestler in his book “The Ghost in the Machine.” But what no other model includes are principles of Spirituality.

By Spirituality, what I mean is that the MetaMinistration is designed to function just like Consciousness itself.  To me, Consciousness and Spirit are synonymous terms.  There is a difference between the Mind and Consciousness, where Minds exist within Consciousness, but there is only One Consciousness.

The MetaMinistration isn’t just organized like a single entity of a Collective Consciousness.  It is organized after the One Whole Consciousness itself.  So again, another real definition of the MetaMinistration is “The Holographic Organization of Consciousness, simplified for use as a Social Administrative System.”

The Holacracy, Sociocracy and DAO’s are a good and functional step forward in our evolution of Consciousness towards the 4th Octave, or 5th Dimension.  However, they are incomplete and are too complex to make such a decentralized democracy efficient. This is why I didn’t just choose to use them when I found them, and instead ventured forward to discover and create my own.

You see, it isn’t just the structure that is important.  While it is important that the structure itself be based on the Holographic Organization of Consciousness, it is equally important that it functions in accordance with Natural Law, rather than arbitrary man-made rules.

You see, to support our full and complete evolution to the 4th Octave of Consciousness, we need systems that are organized the same as Consciousness and function the same as Consciousness.  While the Holacracy, Sociocracy and DAO models are a step forward towards this, the MetaMinistration is the completion of this.

If you are looking for an Organizational model that is innovative and holographic, but not spiritual (not in alignment with natural law), then the Holacracy or Sociocracy might be better for you at your current level of evolution. If you’re looking for a system that also incorporates Sacred Geometry, then you should check out Fractal Democracy.

But if you are looking for a model that includes principles of natural organization like Holographic Sacred Geometry and also has Spirituality at its core by aligning with Natural Law, then the MetaMinistration is exactly what you are looking for.

Another spiritual aspect of the MetaMinistration is our use of the Kathara Grid.  Originally it used the Chakra System.  You see, the Chakra System is how the Mind functions for a 3rd Octave entity.  It is essentially an incomplete version of the Kathara Grid.  Part of evolving from the 3rd Octave to the 4th Octave is activating the dormant nodes of the Chakra System to complete the Kathara Grid, and then activating all the Chakras to become Holons.

A Chakra is a spinning vortex of energy that has bi-directional flow – in and out – exchanging energy with the world around it.  A Kathara Holon is a Scalar Wave-Knot of energy that has tri-directional flow – in, out and center – receiving energy directly from Source Consciousness at its center.

Having learned about this, I had to overhaul the MetaMinistration documentation to change the Chakra System over to the Kathara Grid, as this system is meant to be used to help us evolve and maintain our state in the 4th Octave of Consciousness.

As a result of how the MetaMinistration is organized and functions, merely participating in a MetaMinistration is a Masterclass of how Consciousness works that can help anyone who is willing to improve themselves to naturally and effortlessly evolve to the 4th Octave.
