Let’s unravel these one at a time.  I totally understand not wanting to feel like a slave owner.  The number one reason I researched and developed this system was because I too, did not want to feel like a slave owner.  Hierarchies were designed during the times of slavery because they were designed for slavery.

At this point in the evolution of Consciousness on this planet there is no good reason to continue using a hierarchy to manage any kind of human organization anymore.  In fact, it is imperative that not only choose more humane systems, but also that we choose systems that are in alignment with Natural Law and the paradigm of Consciousness beyond this 3rd Density realm.

The MetaMinistration was designed based on the principles of nature that can be easily seen throughout galaxies, as a system of orbitals within a system of bubbles called Holospheres.  This Omni-Centralized system keeps everyone on the same level visually and consciously, as equals in terms of power and authority over their own autonomy, letting everyone in the system maintain their own personal sovereignty.

As such, this system enables everyone to manage themselves as well help manage the business as a whole by operating as what the MetaMinistration calls a Holographic Mastermind, which is essentially a 5D Entity of Collective Consciousness in its own right.

This means that all the employees feel a deeper sense of ownership in their work in the company which means they are going to care that much deeper about the work they do and the people they serve. 

Ultimately, this all adds up to your employees being more productive, more organized, more intelligent, more creative and this enables your business to become more successful with less effort.
